Please read these Terms of Sale before placing an order for HYDRYE goods. These terms explain who we are, how orders are formed, how payment and delivery work, how cancellations and returns are handled, and what to do if there is a problem.

Definitions

Goods means the HYDRYE products sold through this website. Order means your request to purchase Goods. Order Confirmation means our acceptance of your Order. Contract means the contract between you and FIT5 Ltd. for the sale of Goods.

Product descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe HYDRYE products accurately. Images and packaging visuals may be illustrative, colours may vary between screens, and small changes may be made to materials, packaging, dimensions, or details where they do not materially change the product.

Pricing

Prices are shown in GBP. Delivery charges are shown during checkout. If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment taken.

Orders and contract formation

The website guides you through the order process and lets you review your cart before checkout. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation or otherwise confirming acceptance.

Payment

Payment must be made in advance unless we explicitly agree otherwise. HYDRYE may support PayPal, card payments, or other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment providers may have their own terms and privacy notices.

Delivery

Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch available goods within a reasonable time after order confirmation unless a product is marked as pre-order or a different dispatch time is stated. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of any delay.

Risk and ownership

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us or collected by you or your chosen carrier. Ownership passes once we have received full payment for the goods and delivery charges.

Your right to cancel

If you are a UK consumer, you normally have a 14 calendar day cooling-off period after receiving the goods. You must tell us that you want to cancel within that period. This right may not apply to goods that are personalised, custom-made, sealed for hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery, or otherwise exempt under consumer law.

Returns and refunds

If you cancel after goods have been dispatched or delivered, you must return them within 14 calendar days of telling us you wish to cancel. Unless the goods are faulty, misdescribed, or we are otherwise responsible, you may have to pay return postage. Refunds are normally made using the original payment method and may exclude premium delivery beyond the cheapest standard option.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If goods arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can help with repair, replacement, return, or refund where applicable.

Use and safety

HYDRYE is a consumer hydration product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Children should use products appropriately and under suitable adult supervision. Follow cleaning and care instructions when provided.

Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. We supply goods for domestic and private use and are not liable for business losses.

We use personal information as explained in our Privacy and GDPR page.

Law

These Terms of Sale and related contracts are governed by English law. Consumer rights and mandatory protections are not affected.
